Junior High Basketball Information

We would like to congratulate the following staff for years of service to our district. Ms. Jeannette Thornton-10 years Mrs. Carmen O'Dell-10 years Mrs. Seon Thomas-20 years MCR-IV is thankful for their commitment to our district!

6th Grade Orientation August 15th @ 5:30pm

Reminder: Open House is tomorrow, Tuesday, August 15. Stop in anytime between 6:00 pm-7:30 pm to meet your teachers, drop off school supplies, enjoy a snow cone and have some fun! {FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS THURSDAY, AUGUST 17}

We are thankful for all support from the area businesses. THANK YOU to the Bank of New Cambria for the breakfast that was served to our teachers on Tuesday. It was delicious! THANK YOU to the Sale Barn Cafe in New Cambria for the delicious ice cream for our summer school students. They enjoyed the treat.

We would like to congratulate Marta Gall for receiving a $500 classroom grant from the Missouri Retired Teachers Foundation. She plans to use the grant money to teach family and consumer science units to our middle school students. Way to go Mrs. Gall!

2023-2024 Master Calendar

Softball/Baseball Practices for next week (August 14-18): Monday-Friday Softball- 4:00-5:30 at MCR-IV Baseball- 3:45-5:45 at Bucklin Bus time from MCR-IV is 3:30.

Parents and Guardians can pick up 2023 MAP/EOC test results during open house. Students who tested were: -All 2022-2023 3rd-8th grade students -All 2022-2023 high school students who took Algebra I, Biology, English II, or Government

MCR-IV received a generous donation of school supplies from the Macon NECAC office. We want to thank all who donated. Please see flyer for area donors and businesses that made this possible. We truly appreciate their generosity. These donated school supplies will be available for pickup at open house. They include markers, headphones/earbuds, colored pencils, paper, glue sticks, folders and crayons.

Practices start on Monday, August 7. Softball Practice is from 3:45-5:45 at Bucklin. Baseball practice is from 4:00-5:30 at MCR-IV. Bus time at MCR-IV is at 3:30.
