BHS StuCo would like to invite all fans to dress up for the theme nights at the home softball and baseball games this fall! The flyer attached has all of the themes for each game. There will be a best dressed winner selected that will receive a candy bar and a soda from the concession stand. *all home games are played at Bucklin High School Go BMC!


The sophomore class redesigned their water towers today. It was a success and they were all under budget for their designs.

The sophomore class was challenged to build a water tower for their community. They had a budget, building requirements, and supplies to purchase from the "store".







The Middle School and High School Technology classes participated in a STEM challenge today. They were tasked with building the tallest free standing tower with only 3 pieces of paper and 12 inches of tape.






Missouri has been approved to administer Summer EBT 2024. This program is a dedication and commitment between the lead agency, the Department of Social Services (DSS), along with Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Summer EBT provides Missouri children who are eligible for free and reduced-price school meals the opportunity to receive critical nutritional benefits. Households who need to apply can submit the application online by August 31, 2024. Families can use the Missouri SuN Bucks Eligibility Navigator to see if they need to complete an application.

Pre-K students played egg shakers on their first day of music class with Mr. Olsen this week!
Also, HS Band students worked on getting their Pep Band folders in order. When Pep Band season goes from October to February, it's never too soon to make sure you are prepared!

Junior High Basketball practices will begin on Wednesday, September 11. More information to follow in regards to practice times & bus times. Players must have a current physical on file before they can start practicing. Please plan accordingly.
