Happy Paraprofessional Day to Ms. Lindy & Ms. Jeanette! We appreciate you!!!

The Macon County R-4 School District would like to recognize Ray Peterson for serving on the Board of Education for the past 18 years. Thank you Ray for your time and dedication to our community!

Thank you, Mrs. Roberts! We appreciate all you do!

The district is aware of minor damage from yesterdays storm. We are asking the staff/community to leave damage as it is. This will allow the district/insurance to make proper assessments.

Science Olympiad members had an adventurous day. We had a great tour guide that showed us around campus. We checked out Bass Pro and Lamberts. We are excited and ready to compete.

All students have been dismissed. Thank you for your patience. Stay safe and have a great weekend!

We are currently holding students due to Tornado Warnings in the area. We will release students when it is all clear.

Due to impending weather, we plan to dismiss at 2:30 today. Our goal is to have all students home and off the bus before severe weather arrives.

Join us in wishing our Science Olympiad team and Mrs. Johnson good luck this weekend!!!

Good luck to our Science Olympiad students! They are off to the state competition in Springfield!

Prom Saturday, April 1st
Grand March at 6:00pm

Reminder: Parent/Guardian Survey opportunity TODAY from 3:45-6:00.
This is a great opportunity for parents/guardians to collaborate with the district. Your feedback will provide us with information so we know what we are doing well and identify areas in which we need to improve. Please see flyer for specific dates/times for our survey events. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Bell or Mr. Liebhart at the school.
*Parents/Guardians who stop in during one of our survey nights and fill out a survey will be entered in a prize drawing to win a basket full of goodies including a $20 Walmart gift card.
Our district is taking part in the Missouri School Climate and Culture Survey. Results from this survey will be used as part of the school improvement review during the 2022-2023 academic year. As part of this process, parents, students, and school employees are asked to voluntarily answer surveys regarding programs and services available to students. Responses from all parents will be anonymously summarized and will become part of a report for the school district. The school district will use this report in the development of school improvement efforts. If you have more than one child in school, you will receive more than one survey link. Please complete a survey for each individual child. Do not complete one survey for multiple children. The surveys will be processed so that school officials receive reports about each building in the district. The questionnaires contain demographic and opinion questions. You have the option not to respond to any item or not to complete a survey at all.
